About SnookHQ

What SnookHQ is

SnookHQ is a web-based platform for running a snooker or cue club. Instead of spreadsheets, notebooks and separate tools, it puts live tables, frame tracking, billing, customer bookings, a café point of sale, inventory, expenses, tournaments and reports in one place — on a dashboard you can open from any device with a browser.

It is built for how clubs in Pakistan actually work: billing in rupees, per-frame or per-minute play, café sales alongside the tables, and a WhatsApp-first way to reach us when you need a hand.

Who it's for

SnookHQ is designed around the people who run and use a club:

• Owners and managers — track every table, see earnings, and manage one club or several from a single account.
• Workers — get role-based access scoped to only the clubs they are assigned to, so staff see exactly what they should.
• Customers — check table availability, book in advance, and follow club tournaments.

What it does

At its core SnookHQ shows every table in real time, tracks play frame by frame with automatic timers, and bills per frame or per minute with split payments for multiplayer games. Around that it adds bookings, a café POS, inventory, expenses with real profit-and-loss, tournaments with big-screen live scoring, and daily-to-monthly reports.

Start whenever you're ready

Getting started is self-serve. You sign up, verify your email, and your dashboard opens on the free plan right away — there is no approval queue. When your club needs more, you can upgrade any time.

How we think about your data

Your club's records belong to your club. Passwords are stored only as hashes, connections use HTTPS, and access controls keep each club to its own data. SnookHQ has no card-payment integration, so we never handle card numbers. No online service can promise perfect security and we don't claim to — what we do and what we collect is set out plainly in our privacy policy.
